300W Backpack Laser Cleaning Machine | Portable Laser Rust Removal Machine

LMX-BLC300 300W backpack laser cleaning machine for rust removal, paint stripping, oxide cleaning and industrial surface preparation. Portable fiber laser cleaning solution.

300W Backpack Laser Cleaning Machine

The LMX-BLC300 Backpack Laser Cleaning Machine is a high-performance 300W fiber laser cleaning system designed for industrial rust removal, paint stripping, oxide layer cleaning, weld cleaning, and metal surface preparation.

Featuring a compact backpack design, powerful single-pulse fiber laser technology, and optional battery operation, the LMX-BLC300 provides excellent mobility for outdoor maintenance, equipment repair, shipbuilding, automotive manufacturing, and industrial cleaning applications.

Equipped with a 300W fiber laser source, the system delivers stable cleaning performance with a maximum pulse energy of 2 mJ, adjustable pulse frequency from 1–3000 kHz, and scanning speed up to 30,000 mm/s. The adjustable 0–145 mm scanning width and 9 built-in scanning patterns allow operators to achieve efficient cleaning results on different surfaces.

The lightweight 0.75 kg handheld cleaning head, 1.5 m fiber cable, and air cooling system provide comfortable operation with minimal maintenance. The optional rechargeable battery makes the LMX-BLC300 suitable for outdoor and remote cleaning applications without external power.

Compared with traditional sandblasting and chemical cleaning methods, laser cleaning requires no chemicals, abrasives, or consumables. It removes rust, coatings, and contaminants while protecting the original substrate surface, providing a cleaner, safer, and more efficient industrial cleaning solution.
